The DRDO (Defence Research Development Organisation) handed over a New Generation Wargaming software which is developed by New Delhi based Institute for Systems Studies and Analysis (ISSA) to the Indian Navy. ISSA is the premier DRDO laboratory.

What are the features of Wargaming Software? |
1) The software has versatile and user-friendly features, which enable globally playable wargaming scenarios between multiple forces
2) It also allows exercises to be conducted between geographical locations over a vast area network. Also, a new functional and equipment modules can be developed with this.
The wargaming software was handed over by G Satheesh Reddy, Secretary, Department of Defence R & D and Chairman, DRDO to Vice Admiral G Ashok Kumar, the Vice Cheif of the Naval Staff at the ISSA
