How to be a part of RAW

Be a RAW Officer: The Research and Analysis Wing(RAW or R&AW) is the foreign intelligence agency of India which was established in 1968. Its headquarter is in New Delhi and works under the direct command of the Prime Minister of India and reports directly to the Cabinet Secretary of India who reports Prime Minister.

Generally, RAW(Research and Analysis Wing)does not recruit candidates directly. They recruit from other government departments in India(Armed forces, Intelligence Agencies, Police services, Administrative services, etc)Most of the personnel are from IB(Intelligence Bureau).

This is not a permanent job. But you can earn of about 0.8 to 1.3 lakhs per month.

Age: You can start to enter starting from 21 years and should not be 30 years.

Qualification: You should be well educated from a recognized college or University. And you have to know at least one Foreign language.

Other information: RAW is one of the best intelligence agency in the world for its professionalism and patriotism. Many people want to join the RAW inspired by books, novels, internet, and movies. But they can’t serve the nation directly. Because RAW doesn’t recruit people directly.
